About orders

At Sewsational Handmade Studio, the majority of our clothing range will be made to order, meaning once you’ve placed your order there will be a timeframe required to make your garment/s before shipping. If an item is ready to ship it will be stated on the product description.

Providing you with a quality product is most definitely my priority and I spend a lot of time researching fabrics and notions to ensure I’m using the best available.   

In terms of fabrics, I use a mix of commercial and custom prints. You may ask why some of the same products I offer are priced differently and this is due to the difference in cost of sourcing some commercial fabrics to custom printed fabrics. Commercial prints are produced in bulk and are often re-printed if required making them more cost effective to purchase, whereas custom fabrics are printed on a far smaller scale making them extremely unique, however very hard to re-source once the initial print has sold out. 

If you require further customisations to an item listed on the website (i.e. longer length, modifications to the design etc) please discuss with me via email before ordering. Not all customisations will be possible for those that are, an additional cost will be incurred.

Custom orders are welcome at any time – if you have something in mind that you may like created and would like to discuss, then please make contact. Timeframes for custom orders are all dependant on other orders currently in progress. You will be advised upfront on cost and production time.
A non-refundable 50% deposit + post charges will need to be paid before work will commence on your order. Once your order is ready, I will advise via email and the remaining 50% will need to be paid before the order is shipped.
