Refunds

All sales are final. Sewsational Handmade Studio will not refund for change of mind or choice of incorrect size.  If you have bought clothing, please ensure you launder it as stated in the care instructions on your item.  If your product does not meet your requirements from the listed item, please contact me to discuss.  Postage for any returns will be at your expense.

Shipping

Sewsational Handmade Studio only ships within Australia at present. Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Items will be shipped according to your product description (unless otherwise stated on the website). All products will be posted in standard Australia Post Satchels with a tracking number.  You will receive an email with the tracking number once your items have shipped.

If you would like your item quickly and need express post or would like your delivery to be signed for, please leave a comment in the instructions at checkout and we will ensure this takes place.  This service will incur a fee for the difference in postage and a separate invoice will be issued for this amount. Once this amount has been paid your goods will be shipped.

Sewsational Handmade Studio is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage caused by the delivery service.  Please ensure you provide the correct shipping details at checkout.

Payments

Sewsational Handmade Studio accepts payment via PayPal and credit card.  You don’t need a PayPal account to use the credit card service, when you get to the end at checkout, continue by clicking on the PayPal button and you will be directed to the PayPal page with a choice to login to your account or use a credit card.  This service is an easy and reliable form of payment.
